Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Paying online
This is the easiest way to pay. We use Worldpay to handle our on line credit or debit card transactions. You can be completely assured of the security and safety of your card details. Just select 'PayOnline' from the list of options.
Paying by card
If you select 'Credit Card' from the payment options your card details will be sent to us for processing in a securely encrypted format. Alternatively phone, email or mail us with your order and card details.
Paying by cheque
If you wish to pay by cheque please choose 'Cheque with order' from the payment options. Print the order receipt (you may like to print it twice so you have a copy for your records) and post it with your cheque. Please make cheques payable to

Shipping And Handling
We charge a nominal £3.00 (incl VAT) for shipping on orders within the UK, irrespective of the size of order.
For destinations outside the UK, please purchase additional postage & insurance if required, found on the 'Shipping outside UK' section of the website. If the additional purchase does not cover the weight or destination, we will contact you by email. Use the BACK arrow, then the drop down menu from the top righthand corner of the page that states 'Select a Section' - the last option showing is for purchasing additional postage.
Delivery Schedule
Orders received before 15.00 hrs will usually be despatched the same day.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
On-line orders are inclusive of VAT at 15%. If you live outside the UK or EU and require a zero VAT rated invoice, please email or phone through your order to us - do not order on line.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase every time you shop with us. Occasionally you may wish to return items so we have listed our returns policy below.
Books and literature
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with items you have bought from us you can return them in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund.
Other items
We accept the return of other items only if they are unopened and in their original condition and are returned within 30 days.
Defective items
You can always return items if they are defective for a full refund or replacement. Please note that you can only return opened items if they are defective.
Delivery charges for returned items
If you are returning an item because it is defective or because we have sent it in error we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your reasonable costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for these charges.
Returning items
To return an item please contact us quoting your NeemTeam order reference number and we will explain how to return the item.
Cancelling an item
Under the terms of the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery. We cannot however accept cancellations for items which have been opened.
Orders placed from outside the UK
If you choose not to pay for Airsure or International Signed For postal service, we shall not be held responsible for lost or undelivered items.
