UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2.00pm on a weekday the very same day. However, this is an aim and not a guarantee. Automatic updates on the status of your order will come via text or email.

Shipping outside of the UK (Including Republic of Ireland)

Our minimum order quantity for shipment to the EU is £150.00. For shipment quotes, please call us on 01633 263 567.

We do not ship to countries outside of the EU at this point in time. Sorry!

When will I receive my order?

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. In the rare case that you do not receive this email, it may be possible that we have not received the order. In this case, check that your payment method hasn't failed. If you've paid and still have no confirmation email anywhere in your inbox, please let us know on 01633 263 567 at your earliest convenience.

If, for some reason, we're experiencing delays with your order, we'll email you with the subject line 'Your order with The Neem Team'. Please add sales@theneemteam.co.uk to your list of safe senders to make sure that the email does not end up in your junk folder.

We also remind our loyal customers that while they're typically very reliable, in some cases Royal Mail and other couriers may take longer than 48 hours due to weather conditions or the general strain put on all postal systems at certain intensive times of the year (such as Christmas).
