Delivery Information

We charge £4 (incl VAT) for shipping Mainland UK orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour service with most packages. If you wish you can select the 24Hour Royal Mail service at checkout for an extra pound.

If your package is over 2kg it will be sent via our 48 hour tracked UPS service. Automatic updates on the shipment status of your order will come via text (Royal Mail) or email (UPS).

Mainland UK orders over £50 are shipped free with UPS.

Highlands, Islands, Remote Service Areas - you may be contacted regarding additional shipping costs.

Shipping outside the UK (Including Republic of Ireland):

Currently we ship to the EU. If your country is not in the EU, please get in touch with us at sales@theneemteam.co.uk to discuss postage options.

Packages under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail where it will be handed over to your country's national postal system. Packages over 2kg will be sent via DHL International. In both cases we expect the package to be with you in seven to ten working days.

Orders are shipped net of UK taxes, but the EU will apply taxes and a handling fee before releasing the order. Please provide a mobile number and email address so that customs can notify you regarding payment of duties and taxes.

If these are not paid, the package will be returned to us. We will not refund any costs incurred for postage under these circumstances.

When will I receive my order?

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. In the rare case that you do not recieve this email, it may be possible that we have not received the order. In this case, check that your payment method hasn't failed. If you have paid and still have no confirmation email anywhere in your inbox, please let us know on 01633 263 567 at your earliest convenience.

If for some reason we are experiencing delays with your order, we will email you with the subject line Your Order with Serendipity Herbals. Please add sales@theneemteam.co.uk to your list of safe senders to make sure that the email does not end up in your junk folder.

If you wish, please give us leave safe instructions such as: If out, leave in shed / with neighbour / in porch etc, and these will be applied to the package for your convenience.

We also remind our loyal customers that while they are typically very reliable, in some cases Royal Mail and other couriers may take longer than 48 hours due to weather conditions and strain put on all postal systems by the pandemic situation and certain intensive times of the year (such as Christmas).
