Why don't you give free postage on all orders?
We offer free delivery with orders over £50. For all other orders, we have a set price for postage which goes some way to covering packing materials, postage and labour. We send orders with a more expensive 48h/24h tracked service with Royal Mail and UPS so that you know you will receive your products in the mint condition we sent them in, in the time frame you expect.
We're happy to provide free shipping on orders over £50.00. Currently this offer is for UK customers only.
When do you dispatch?
Most orders received before about 15:00 on a weekday are dispatched the same day. Orders made after this time will be sent the next working day. Bigger orders (over 2kg) will be sent the next working day.
There's a problem with my order. What do I do?
Please visit the Returns Page for further information on returns, exchanges, and refunds. If your query isn't answered there, please feel free to call us or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
How do I know your website is secure?
You'll see the padlock symbol in the address bar of your browser which shows that we have a valid SSL certificate. This means that all traffic to and from our website is encrypted.
Are my card payments secure?
We never store our customers card details. We use Barclaycard Payments as our card payment processor, one of the biggest and most trusted processors in the world. When you pay by card you are taken to the Barclaycard payments website to complete your payment by Paypal or by card, so we never see or store your card details.
