I use a gym 3 times weekly and also swim.
This soap doesn't dry my skin , I'm 56 years old, also also gives me protection against some nasties which can be contracted in these environments. I love it and have been using Neem products for over 10 years.

This soap is very pleasant to use, and I have found it to be very comfortable on my skin. It doesn't sting as other soaps can.
